Ciao! My name is Renee Glanville. I am a unique deaf illustrator and proficient in sign language: American Sign Language, Italian Sign Language, and British Sign Language. I was born and raised in Washington, D.C., where I graduated from the Corcoran School of Art and Design at George Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Design in 2019.
Currently, I am a first-year student in the International Development Program at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., pursuing a master's degree. I am exploring various aspects of the art field, focusing on manga, comic art, and illustration to share my artistic skills in art therapy and mental health advocacy.
I believe this program will help me find a good match between my artistic skills and my passion for advocating for persons with disabilities!
